At Mars By GHC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Quality Check

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original Mars By GHC tags and packaging attached.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in the original shipping box and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to send the package back to us.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
